In our work, we often encounter situations like these:

Through the on-site work standardization experience activity of the lamp cord, everyone deeply realized that without work standardization, the methodology passed down orally will eventually become a stumbling block in work, resulting in poor quality / customer complaints; only when the work of all positions is standardized can there be inheritance between the old and the new, and every step can be wonderful.

Mr. Chen from TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. gave an in-depth and easy-to-understand explanation from four aspects: the definition of work standardization in 2021, the existing basic standardization of the company, the reasons for deeply promoting standardization, and the annual activities of standardization.
Regarding how to improve work standardization, Mr. Chen assigned two tasks to everyone on the spot: "Suggestions on the company's standardization and the support needed" and "The excellent practices of the company in the past".
Each group carried out active discussions around the above two topics. The group members came from different subsidiaries and departments, and their ideas clashed with each other, sparking inspiration. Before the end of the activity, everyone showed the results of their respective groups.
