Opening Chapter — Summarize and Take Stock, Win the Future Together
The old year has already shown a thousand layers of splendor, and in the new year, we will make further progress. The two Spring Festival annual meetings in 2020 with the theme of "Innovation and Change, Winning the Future with Ingenuity" of Gaonan TFC Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi TFC Technology Co., Ltd., the Jiangxi subsidiaries of TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd., were grandly held in Ruixue International Hotel in Gaonan, Jiangxi. The leaders of the Gaonan government, Mr. Zou Zhinong, the company's chairman, Ms. Ou Yang, the general manager, the deputy general managers in charge of various departments, the general manager of the Jiangxi subsidiary, the leaders of each department, and all employees gathered together to welcome the New Year.
At the beginning of the evening party, Ms. Ou Yang, the general manager of TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd., delivered an opening speech. First of all, she reaffirmed the goal "213010" set by the company in 2018 (that is, the company's sales performance will increase by 30% every year from 2019 to 2021, and the sales volume will exceed 1 billion yuan by 2021); she summarized the achievements made by TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. in 2019: The company's operation quality was significantly improved; in terms of sales business, the overseas development strategy was firmly implemented. In the midst of the storm of the China-US trade war, moving forward against the wind, the business of TFC's US company continued to develop, and the overseas business grew significantly; in terms of R&D and production, the company continuously increased R&D investment, cooperated with customers in the experimental development of 200G, 400G, and 800G products to seize the high-end market. The mass production projects of new production lines such as FA polarization-maintaining products and AWG products in the Jiangxi factory have successfully transferred and entered a stable stage of improving quality and increasing quantity, creating core competitiveness;
In terms of the construction of the new factory area, part of the civil engineering project of the Jiangxi TFC Science and Technology Park has been completed. It is constructed in two phases and will be built into a green and efficient science and technology park. Seven garden-style employee dormitories will also be built. The new factory area is expected to be put into production in July 2020.
Looking ahead to 2020, based on the three-year strategic plan, the company put forward specific revenue targets, quality targets, operation targets, and personnel targets for 2020. General Manager Ou emphasized the management concerns in 2020.

In order to achieve the goals in 2020, a target signing ceremony was held on the spot of the evening party to show the determination of the product line to complete the target. Looking back on 2019, to commend the hardworking workers in the past year, at the evening party, TFC commended the top ten outstanding figures of the year, employees with ten years of service, production experts, diligent models, and job elites, etc. The company leaders presented certificates and prizes to the winners. All the achievements of TFC are inseparable from the joint efforts of everyone. At this moment, we witnessed their growth and their glorious moments. Program Chapter — Singing and Dancing to Showcase the Elegance of TFC
The song "Flowers in the Prosperous Age" kicked off the whole dinner.
The performances of the whole evening party were rich and colorful. There was both the classical dance "The Imperial City" full of ancient charm and the charming dance "Shanghai at Night";
There was both the sweet solo song "Later" and the passionate and heroic chorus "Tomorrow Will Be Better". There was both the humorous and funny skit "Fraud by Pretending to Be Injured" and the vivid pantomime performance "The Rich Second Generation and the Loser". Especially the ballet "The Four Little Swans" with men dressed as women in a guest performance brought the atmosphere of the whole evening party to the climax. There was continuous laughter on the spot, presenting a beaming scene.
With the attitude of high standards and strict requirements, the judging panel this year carefully selected, the actors have both good looks and talents, the singing, dancing, and skits are all excellent~
The programs of the whole evening party were wonderful, presenting an audio-visual feast for everyone, and also fully demonstrating the talented and versatile side of the employees of TFC.
Lucky Draw Session — Full of Surprises
New look in the New Year, and of course, good luck is indispensable in the New Year. In order to give back to the employees and increase the festive atmosphere, multiple lucky draw sessions were set up in the two annual meetings. There were continuous cheers and applause on the spot, and the atmosphere reached one climax after another.
And Chairman Zou suddenly sent red envelopes in the WeChat group, which once again brought the atmosphere of the whole venue to the highest point. Congratulations to the lucky winners. Each prize contains the company's New Year's wishes: I wish everyone good luck at the beginning of the new year.
Chairman Zou presented the special prize to the winner, and the prize was a Skyworth 65-inch 4K Ultra HD TV.
